Free Travel Planning Service

If you’ve visited our blog before, then you know we’re all about budget travel. If you’re new here, then allow us to briefly explain what we do. We do everything we can to find the best travel tips for every destination we visit, so that you can go anywhere you want without overpaying for all of the coolest activities. The most expensive aspects of travel, however, are usually transportation, accommodation and food, which is why we cover these topics heavily and also try to teach you how to save money while traveling. Traveling like this can actually be very time consuming and downright frustrating because it’s getting harder and harder to spend less on travel while tourism prices are on the rise. Sadly, this is why many people just give up on their travel dreams.

Do you hate planning trips? We get that. It can be quite overwhelming looking for the perfect hotel, trying to figure out transportation, where you’re going to eat, what you’re going to do and how you’re going to do it. We, ourselves, have had plenty of late nights scrolling, searching and filtering results on hotel booking portals only to just give up and reconsider the entire trip. By now, we’ve traveled so much that we’ve pretty much figured out everything you need to look for (and look out for) when planning a trip. All of the frustration that comes with travel planning has inspired us to go beyond the advice we give on our blog and offer you something new: our free travel planning service.

How it Works

Simply put, we will ask you for a few basic details about the trip you want to take, such as where, when, how and what your budget looks like. With that information, we will find the accommodation that is the best fit for you. Likewise, if you need advice on booking the right transportation, then we’ve got you covered there too. Whether you want a rental car or just want to stick to trains and buses, we’ll point you in the right direction. After you have submitted your request, we will respond to you by email within 24 hours with direct links to our suggested accommodation/s, transportation and maybe even a few insider tips on your chosen destination. This way, we’ve taken all of the leg work out of the search process and potentially saved you hours of frustration.

What’s in it for us?

Again, this is a 100% free service. It makes sense if you’re wondering what we could possibly get out of all this. If you like our suggestions and book through our links, then we’ll earn a small commission (usually $1-5) at no additional cost to you. How is that possible? Hotels have their ideal room rates (what they offer on their own websites) and then they have discounted room rates that they offer through booking portals. In exchange, the booking portal charges the hotel a fixed commission fee (a finder’s fee, if you will). Booking portals will sometimes work with people like us (known as affiliates) to help people find their great hotel deals. In exchange for our efforts, the booking portal will give us a portion of the commission they earn from the hotel. So even if you were to find the same deal on your own, you would be paying the same price. The difference in that case would be that all of the commission would support the booking portal (usually a giant corporation) and none of it would support humble travel bloggers like ourselves. So with our service, you pay less than if you booked through the hotel, you save yourself hours of searching and sometimes, we can even get you special discounts not offered to the general public.
