The planner is really nice, but it uses a lot of paper to print it out for every day of the week.

Thank you for your valuable feedback! 🙂 That is very true. We definitely recommend using the daily workout planner digitally on your tablet, phone or computer. If you want it printed out and are doing the same workout, then you could print out one copy and use small post-its or something similar to note your progress. Please let us know if you need help getting it setup digitally. 🙂
