A refund* can be issued for any order in which the ordered product has not been downloaded. No refunds will be granted once the product has been downloaded, as the return of said download is not possible. However, an exception* can be made in certain scenarios including but not limited to the purchase of a product bundle which includes a previously downloaded product.
